  16. Will do...they pretty confident of the system and top rings can be replaced
  17. I could go sub 6kgs if I went lighter saddle and tubby 38mm instead of clinchers Not sure on final pricing but they said would be under R40 000 Which is crazy as Rrp on groupset I think is R28 000 on its own
  18. Here is how I have the build without pedals and for my size which is a 54cm in this frame as it has a 55.7cm top tube 1747 - groupset, red 22 1450 - frame, fork 200 - seat post aero 1330 - 38mm clincher 24mm wide super lite 120 - wcs stem in 110mm 220 - wcs classic 42 c2c 225 - ritchey wcs bio max 100 - grip 200 - cables 380g - Kenda kaliente tyres x 2 180- 2 x tubes 30 - spacers Total weight : 6. 18g
  19. This is mine...headset not in frame, so angle of fork looks out, but it's not. BB86 on frame too and does come DI2 ready although I'm not doing that..been drooling over the SRAM RED 22 for a few weeks
  20. They said they would in the next day or 2... Very interesting frame, integrated bottle cages.. Bottom of your cage is the frame...very cool..hasn't seen it done before
  21. Ok, so not as bad as the heading makes it out to be. I'm talking about the 6.8kg legal weight of a bike The guys at Black Spade will be running a special soon. Aero frame, carbon 24mm wide super lite wheels and SRAM RED 22 groupset with Ritchey finishing parts. Looks like will be 6.18g once complete They only going to do 10, because the price will be crazy...be on the look out... Think back to the Raleigh,Zipp deal from a few years back Don't miss your chance to be bad and ride illegal bike, I've booked one, so only 9 left....
  22. Good point on rider weight...we were discussing the other day on combined weight and what percentage loss would be off frame and off body...
  23. Nice, keep the info coming...this might also help with real weights of things against what manufactures claimed weight is too
  24. I knew this would be a interesting read...once there is a lot of info on here with pics of actual things we talking about with scale we can rank the top 10 of things Like lightest, best value for money etc Just for interest sake..not slamming any brands or anything
