Hi Guys If any of you would like to partake in a Wits Sports Lab study , please get hold of them below, i have done a few and they are quite interesting. We are looking for sport specific males (road cyclists, mountain bikers, runners and swimmers) aged between 18-30 to partake in a study which involves one visit to our lab. Subjects need to partake in their sport for a minimum of 7 hours per week. We will do a bone density scan (worth over R1000 in private practice) to determine body composition (muscle and fat mass) as well as bone density. Additionally there will be a questionnaire to fill out and we will need a blood sample too. The whole process takes about 1 hour. The aim of our study (among other things) is to determine which group of athletes has the highest bone mineral density. I have just got onboard a Aargon 18 E-112 and man what a sweet ride it is. I have pimped her out with Sram Red and a few other bling bits and she rides like a dream...super fast down hill too which is weird. Frameset sell new for R 18 900 from cycletech in kyalami.

After getting a hammering here i went out and developed the gel bottle and flask idea and its been slow on the uptake... This product takes away all the crap you talking about here, flask holds 3.5 servings and the bottle is 12 servings for the price of 10... Lets clean up the roads together

The show special ones will be a half zip. Busy trying to get all the info together, IF we run a hub special before show you would order and pay and pick up week before expo or get it at the expo at the price at show, numbers will be limited so if we run out then you can still buy special and we will have to order and make shirts after show and get them to you 3 weeks after

Not a bad idea but then i have to lay out a lot of money and have all the sizes available... I did think i could take bib orders at the expo and make batch after show for everybody who wants and post it out to them 3 weeks later ?? If you pre order i could have it at show for you ? but need 20 orders for minimum
