  1. Totally awesome. and the bike shop is worth a visit just for the history you can see in the place. Bona-fida SA champs jersey and medal from the '70's, as well as some of the first ever kit made in SA. hanging up on the walls. That, of course, is an aside to the time and efforts freely given by Johan. TOTALLY AWESOME! next to the spar (down a little corridor), y'all. :-)
  2. Awesome. see you there. going to be a fantastic evening. :-)
  3. Hammer products work well for me. Also like the fact that they are all -natural. But as someone says above, different strokes for different folks.. what upsets one person's system might be the holy grail for someone else. worth making sure that you're following the dosing instructions, though, as absorption rate of e.g. sugars has a max, and if you take a lot more in than your system can cope with, it could set up the runs..
  4. The facecloth and handy-andy were a success, thanks. Damp facecloth on its own also worked pretty well. How do i post pics??
  5. Nice, thanks folk. and Slick - thanks for the 'concern' but it got a bit grubby on the track bike, rather than the MTB... ;-)
  6. Googling the above, gives a whole lot of tips with non-SA products, makeing them not too useful. anyone have a good cleaning tip that wont leave a (cork-type) tape slippery or cracked? ta
