Iwan I have been thinking along the same lines, I am not to worried about losing Granny but I suppose the only thing at this stage is the cost. I want to stay Sram but that means I will have to change the rear hub to accomadate the rear cassette. I have been looking at some of the cheaper options that will enable me to keep my current wheelset. Have you ridden a 1x11?

I paid R1200.00 for one in similar condition (maybe a few more scratches) a while back.

The Cannondale team colours have been green for so long I am not looking forward to any other colour. Who knows if they are a naming sponser of the team maybe the team will change colours. It looks like Garmin is on the way out.

Looks like the pieces of the puzzle are coming together: South African team says goodbye to Trek Team MTN-Qhubeka will ride Cervélo bikes next season. The bikes will be fitted with Rotor equipment, the team announced. It's the current set-up of the Garmin-Sharp team but they have been linked to a Cannondale move in 2015. The South African used Trek bikes for the past seasons.

Any news yet on the Future of Team Cannondale.Lot of reports doing the round that they will be sponsoring/merging with Jonothan Vaughters Garmin Sharp Slipstream team. Sagan to Tinkoff

Looks more and more like we are going to be seeing some changes in the Cannondale team setup, lot of talk about a take over or amalgamation.
