The tent added even more excitement to my EPIC adventure so, hoping Kevin goes for the FULL experience!

Would like to do that singletrack again after having 'eaten dirt' (and some fynbos) coming down there during our Prologue (I need closure LOL!)

With all these confessions and people getting caught out, who is NOT doping? I'm not a winner or big performer, but after a stint of good training and rest I perform well- I wonder what my friends think/thought of me... Quite a few of my cycling buddies never accept that a start rider at our races has natural physical prowess...

I was dropped before entering the reserve and fought to get back in the Group (D-F).Legs came back at the second turnaround but punctured soon after. Riding alone, I got to see the tortoises and those red-coloured locusts whom, the conservationist says, are in their 'walking stage' - that explains why none of them got out of the way! Great event. Down-side though: my school kids we Started last and rode +- 3h45, didn't have a timing mat to cross. Timing guys should make it worth their while since these kids from Bonteheuwel arranged things themselves to be at this event. We'll be back though...after we've forgotten about Mamba Hill

Did it once in 2008. The road was'heavy' and I remember the route resembling a 'T' formation turning back onto itself (more like an out-and-back route). The end was eina up that hill that I now hear is called Mamba.Not many riders that day and groups were thrown together. Oh, the race was eina cos I seemed to be one of the unfit guys in 'f'

I AM on the road with the JAG Rider kids doing 20km/h but lovin it...cos I don't get dropped. Took 7 of them and 2 coaches to ride Durbanville-exciting for all
