The Tshwane Green Ride will become an annual event on the City’s calendar during Transport Month to promote low carbon interventions, healthy lifestyles & non-motorised transportation in communities. Date: Saturday 25 October 2014Time: 06:30 and the ride will start at 07:00Venue: Central Sports Grounds (near HM Pitje Stadium) in Mamelodi Distance: 31 kmsParking: Inside the stadium The will be full road closure for safety and car guards at the stadium. Provision has been made for water points, goodie back and jumping castles for the kids. Please note that helmets are compulsory.

Thanks so much ginger MTB mommy,pusher and lone one. ThiS is for a friend. Have passed on the info. She's with cyclelab club but they were too fast for her. But she has found guys who do cradle on Saturdays. She is going to cycle alone at 4am during the week to get more kms.

I'm not certain where the start (parking) is. Will follow the discussion for the map of the route to give me an idea. Looking forward to it.

I'm available Thursday. Friday is a recovery day for a race on Saturday. (Speke race)

Hi, I pass Boschkop turn off (from Lynnwood/Graham road). I only cycle Saturday mornings as there are more cyclists on the road. I have been scared to go in the week. I live in woodhill up the road from the Engen at the corner of Hans Strijdom and St Bernard drive. my avg speed: is the same as yours.
