  1. If I understand this correctly then I am in the middle of heathly at 21. Personally I think BMI is a load of crap, but that's just me
  2. I got a new 29er Giant Talon for 5k and has been brilliant. Technical singletrack is a challenge, but everything else is just so much easier - rocks and sand are actually fun and easy now
  3. I guess no one will really know. If they really had all the evidence they say they did (positive A and B samples) it should have been straight forward as with Contador and Schlek. This is who his '99 jersey goes to - double standards much? Alex Zulle, Switzerland. His 1998 team, Festina, was ousted from the Tour that year in connection with the widespread use of the performance-enhancing drug EPO. Zulle later admitted to using the blood-booster over the four previous years. The Festina affair nearly derailed the 1998 Tour, and is widely seen as the first big doping scandal to jolt cycling.
  4. I agree, my bike has been mauled this year in all the rain and mud so a nice dry sunny ride would prob be nicer and it is forecast to rain. Lets wait and see I guess. Thanks!
  5. Thanks for the insight! I wonder how many of the other also use these but just don't list them
  6. What are the plans for this week? Done lots of solo rides there, but would be my first group ride which would be great AND safer
  7. I think so...my results were never listed but I see they are now showing. May be a couple more names here and there, but haven't heard anything official from them as yet.
  8. I am an avid believer in Cyto Power and works really well for me but I wanted to try out 32GI to see what the hype is about...until i saw that there are 6 E-ingredients, one of them (E-129) being on the should void list. Im not sure that this is something that they should be promoting (or have in their products) as I haven't seen other suppliments listing those ingredients. "Many ingredients with E-numbers are already banned in numerous countries due to the fact that they are known to cause problems in humans, particularly allergies, yet in countries like South Africa they might be permitted." Has anyone else had this concern?
