Too true, no one wears a helmet thinking, "Today I'm gonna wipe out royally so I'd better wear my lid" The chances of a fall might be low, but we've got to be an example to the young kids who're still learning to ride. Ironically they never seem to wear helmets and they're falling the most.

Yes but @least I'm using the write lettuce so you can make out watt eyem saying. Putting the screen at an angle helps with that, like shaving legs helps to ride faster

Exactly, and there's so many other factors as well. What if this guys the bread winner to a family of 10 (maybe he really hates wearing helmets) I just can't find a good reason to go without a helmet

I had a feeling this post would go downhill but this I never expected And what about those team caps some peeps wear under their lids, some guys just go without the helmet. Those caps must be super strong, and much lighter than a helmet. That sounds like the answer to Mr Stupid's dilemma

TIN OPENER What is so uncool about wearing a helmet? This morning i passed a guy, pip exposed, cruising with a group all wearing their lids. Not even peer pressure can get some people to wear that atrocious bit of plastic that happens to be the only thing between your brain and the tarmac. Can anyone explain this to me? We spend thousands on upgrades and bibs and gloves but a few hundred bucks to keep you alive is out of the question, I'm confused.

This weird clicking sound comes from my headset every time I apply more or less pressure on the handle bars or ride over bumps(again changing weight on the bars) Alu frame, carbon fork. Thats about as much as I know. What could this be?
