  1. I have the 34 - 11/46 Sunrace cassette, on very long climbs you wish for just a little more help but in the end you know you did not really need it depending on the deal you are getting, the cassette and chainring could end up costing you the same price if you shop around.
  2. Do you need to? No But do you need to? Yes
  3. Chain guide or "Narrow/Wide" - "Thick/Thin" chainring should solve your problem.
  4. Thanks for the input, had a chat with csixx online support that steered me in the right direction to make my chainring choice. Fast and efficient assistance from there support. Now we ride http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f32/rezmck/IMG_0705_zpsxtl03c5e.jpg
  5. I am currently also at this crossroads. GX eagle or XT 11-46Sun. Trying to find the perfect balance between cost and perfomance. Must say I am leaning toward XT.
  6. Hi Hubbers Has anyone installed the a Csixx Cannondale SI direct mount chainring on this specific crankset? http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f32/rezmck/Screen%20Shot%202018-07-30%20at%2011.55.58%20AM_zps6qcwdgtu.png The reason for my query is that I am moving from 2x to 1x and want to install a Direct mount chainring. I am looking at getting the Csixx DM chainring, but all the pics that I have found on the csixx chainring looks like this http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f32/rezmck/Screen%20Shot%202018-07-30%20at%2011.55.22%20AM_zpsymb4zvad.png and the SI spider interface have these 2 flat notches as shown below. http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f32/rezmck/Screen%20Shot%202018-07-30%20at%2012.08.25%20PM_zpsanjbuofj.png I am aware that the AI has an offset of 2.2mm and SI 7.6 and would also like to know if any additional spacers or rings may be required to install the chainring. If anyone has more info on this please share. Thanks
