  1. Wasn't an I don't like it, more of an - i also have difficulty understanding what you're complaining / asking for given this: ...so I can understand why it took 3 emails. Have a better day, anyway
  2. I would suggest practising coherent sentence structure first, then complain after they still don't understand your request. ...but thats just me.
  3. This is my large rat - his name is Dog. I didn't buy him, a lady friend gave him to me after she bought him and of course didn't know how to deal with him after the first week of oh, look how cute he is... 2009 - http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3556/3798031958_14e4427f0b.jpg Dreaming of orange sheep. by sheedl, on Flickr http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2533/3893008428_1254e11d1e.jpg dog by sheedl, on Flickr http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2428/3892210265_2178c874d3.jpg Please sir, can I have some more? by sheedl, on Flickr This is him doing his kangaroo impression http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2564/3880716758_9300353a77.jpg Kangaroo or Mini Pinscher? by sheedl, on Flickr And this is him playing superdog http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2693/4373462506_56d782bbcb.jpg dog again by sheedl, on Flickr He enjoys running off, anything that he can eat, and stealing socks. Oh, and toilet rolls. Doesn't enjoy - water, swimming, or baths to remove the dreaded flea's in summertime.
  4. I don't get it?
  5. "Ride her" - of course! Its what I bought her for... Or do you all like to hang them up as object d'art in the garage? @LeTurbo - I'll take some photos tomorrow when its daylight with a proper camera. I've already adjusted her as much as I can to my frame. Moved the seat down, the handbars up, centred the wheels better, and swore at the people that were on the chain last (as one does). Assuming it doesn't rain I'll give her a quick ride tomorrow evening. I have some LED lighting for the wheels that I brought in a while ago from .cn so I can be moderately safe, even though its never 100% with Taxi's and other crazies in the road!
  6. After a few weeks of whining that I didn't have a bike, I finally saw something that caught my eye at Cash Converters. I am now the proud owner of a South African classic - the Hansom. Paid R899, which I think is fair for what it is. As I likes my photo pr0n, I took some shots - She looks like this - http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8324/8099518735_e27224850a.jpg upload by sheedl, on Flickr and this http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8466/8099519681_6bcd862d9f.jpg upload by sheedl, on Flickr and this http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8052/8099520227_88541e9553.jpg upload by sheedl, on Flickr and this http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8474/8099530418_263b852dc3.jpg upload by sheedl, on Flickr So. Question is this. What do you think I should do to make her whole? I'm going to replace the seat for starters, as thats a bit patchy, I also would like to raise the handlebars somewhat, but they're pretty much as high as they go without falling off, so any ideas there?
  7. Slightly old thread, but - Rondebosch police are useless Fsckers imho. My experience was this - We got burgled. My laptop was stolen, amongst other things, and I found it on Gumtree a month or so later. They wouldn't help. I was out of town, and my brother didn't want to confront the seller - was in a dodgy shop in Claremont. I've since moved to Obz, and the police here are a lot more on the ball. (Our neighbours car got broken into, and I spoke to the cops, and they were a lot more on the ball/proactive about things). So, did you get the bike back?
