Anybody doing this one? It's my first Duathlon and I'm entering as a team to do the main event - any help, pointers as to what to expect?

Does anybody know what time the Singe Speed guys started? I was about 10km from the finish and one came flying out the bushes (definitely not on any type of track) and their time was almost an hour quicker than mine!

Is this a 2 lap race?

Just did my first 94.7 and I'm hooked!! Looking into the Argus now to ride for a charity so was just wondering how the 94.7 compares to the Argus??
