  1. Always like seeing De Gendt win.. Race craft hey.
  2. De Gendt needs to figure out how to get rid of Mohoric before that the downhill.. [emoji848] And it appears he has.. Now the fan favourite is gonna have to go like the wind.
  3. Yep.. Coverage has also started 57km to go
  4. Short fast stage today.. Coverage starts earlier than usual
  5. It gets worse After the UCI and race organisers would have given the team the green light, yesterday the Covid doctor in charge of the E3 race imposed a 7-day quarantine on two-thirds of the team, although it is completely unclear what criteria were used to determine who falls under this. Press Releases | 28.03.2021 BORA - hansgrohe denied start at Gent-Wevelgem After the UCI and race organisers would have given the team the green light, yesterday the Covid doctor in charge of the E3 race imposed a 7-day quarantine on two-thirds of the team, although it is completely unclear what criteria were used to determine who falls under this. "I am very disappointed and angry. A GP from the region can block an entire team in one of the largest one-day races in the world. We had a positive Corona case with Walls and have the roommate and a physio as category 1 contact persons. That they have to be isolated and quarantined is absolutely clear. However, we of course have other riders and staff on site, so a part of them were also ordered to be in quarantine, but only some of them. Who was selected and the reasons are completely unclear and it seems rather arbitrary. Honestly, I can't understand why other teams are allowed to race after similar cases. We tried everything last night, but the doctor didn't even answer us anymore. It would be nice to at least understand how he has justified his decisions. We are testing every day at the moment and all the tests so far have been negative, without exception. The part of the team that has been quarantined will be quarantined until 1 April. This also means that we cannot start at Dwars Door Vlaanderen." - Ralph Denk, Team Manager https://www.bora-hansgrohe.com/en/news/argonnews202103gent-covid/argonnews202103gent-covid/518888691 With Sagan coming into form (he was due to ride Dwars) this is a big blow to the team's Flanders preparation as they can't train together and fine tune things before Flanders It's a colossal F up.

  7. Virtual hugs everywhere Team put in one hell of a shift today.. Worked hard during the stage and made sure they closed down those late attacks towards the end.. Fantastic stuff hey. "Congratulations to Peter Sagan and the entire BORA-hansgrohe squad for their performance, effort and the victory in today's stage. It was truly a team victory and it wasn't an easy one. With Mohorič and other strong riders in the breakaway as well as all the climbers in the chase it was hard to calculate the effort. In the middle of the race there was a section with winding roads, up and down, and we were afraid Mohorič would be able to take the win. That's why we went all in from the middle of the race to bring the break under control and in the final kilometres once again we witnessed a fantastic effort by the entire team. It's worth mentioning that it's not often that a GC rider like Wilco Kelderman pulls in the finale of a sprint stage. That was the way we wanted to win and that's how we won. Peter topped off this effort with an excellent sprint. He timed it very well, he waited for the right moment and made the perfect move. I think we saw today the Peter Sagan we always knew. It was a very good day for BORA-hansgrohe" – Christian Pömer, Sports Director
  8. Yeah that doesn't happen often.
  9. Team did well throughout the day, kept him in the right position and then he picked the right wheel leading up to the sprint.. .. Good good day for him.. I am overjoyed.. He's getting closer to the form he wants.
  10. Lol Squeezed thought that gap.. (without touching anyone).. Good sprint that..
  11. Strong finish, the overhead view.. [emoji123] Back to back wins for Bora.. [emoji4]
  12. And I am sure they heard me scream in Spain and around the globe.
  13. I'll never forget that, old man Pat is probably still spitting about that.
  14. I don't listen to what that one says. Edit and he does this every year as classic season gets going.. He speaks badly about their biggest rival team does t matter who it is. So yeah he makes noise and I don't listen[emoji23]
  15. Ja the duo have been handed a lesson today.
  16. Because se neither rider were willing to sacrifice for each the other.. Silly boys.
  17. Lols Asgreen out in front for such a long time.. Catches his breath to make the first DQS move and it sticks lol Strength in numbers hey...
  18. I've been paying attention for some time.. Very promising rider.
  19. Why on heavens name is MVDP taking such long turns.. Kid you are dragging DQS to the finish. ...
  20. So now just DQS attack after DQS attack.?
  21. There is no other rider as irritating as GVA.. Sorry for his fans but that's one rider you don't want in a move with you..
  22. WVA has just dropped himself.
  23. I reckon Asgreen will win this, DQS disrupting things in the chase GVA will only pretend to work and the duo made mistakes not shaking the others off earlier Wait maybe not.. .
  24. Yes I am so happy for him..
  25. The duo will have to do something.. all they are doing right now is towing a whole bunch of riders along
