  1. Personally i think it is very important to incorporate foam rolling into your stretching, especially for your quads, glutes, hammies, and ITB.   3. I have been looking for a spinning bike I need something that is good quality, and that has cleat pedals I saw two really nice spinning bikes 1. DKN Eclipse Spinning Bike available from MiFitness. It seems good and rugged and it is ideal for commercial use. 2. DKN Xmotion Spinning Bike also from MiFitness. It has frictionless resistance and provides wattage resistance, it also has some iconic cycling routes from accross the world. I am leaning towards the Xmotion for the added benefits. Does anyone have any experience in the above two bikes, can you give me any advice?
