i striped my isis BB of my old bike as well but it was for n FSA crank. I pressed mine apart in hydraulic press and tried to get bearing from BMG. No Luck. there was bearings that have the same ID but checked that the outside race ways was thicker, the ID of the outside raceway was the same. it looks like the outside race way where grind-ed on the outside or machined. all i did feather was to remove seals with a needle and was it out with some paraffin and let it dry out and re-grease them and put the seal back and i assembled it. it was smooth again. and still smooth after 2 years. Don't try to take it apart with hammer if you just want to clean it.
