Yes the main bunch of VB got stopped by the "protesters" dragging the yellow barricades in to the road at the corner turning to go up Steve Biko. Lost a minute or two trying to clear.

STAGE 2: Stage 2: White River – Sabie (via Spitskop): 45km At 09:30 riders will start tackling the second stage (in the same order as the first). The race moves out of White River onto the Sabie road over Spitskop and will end at the entrance towards Sabie. It’s a 45km ride after which the field will settle down to lunch at Sabie Primary School before gearing up for the final leg

INFINITA JUNIOR CYCLING TEAMTeam INFINITA was started at the beginning of 2017 with two goals in mind and that was to be the top Junior Team in South Africa and to create a pathway for its riders to race at the highest level nationally. Team INFINITA consist of 6 riders, whom are: • Ruben Helberg -Nelspruit • Sias Joubert - Nelspruit • Callum Ormiston - Nelspruit • Ryan Terry – White River • Demarco Pillay - Nelspruit • Brendan Phillips - Ermelo After 5 months, we are proud to say we are the No 1 Ranked Team in the country, with our riders taking up the top 5 placings in the National ranking. The team have been on the podium at every event and at races the entire team finish in the top 10. Most of our riders have been put on the Cycling South Africa High Performance Squad as they are the future stars of tomorrow. Due to financial constraints on the National Body, these riders must go on a self-funded tour to race in Europe. The European tour is over a 3 week period during the school holidays, which is from the 30th June 2017 till the 23rd July 2017. WHAT'S THE MONEY RAISED FOR?
