The pivots on my Volcan fs pro ( its a great bike by the way!) packed up ...took my bike to my LBS and got them to order a new set... from Emotion/Evo cycling,when the parts arrived a few weeks later they were used..theads stripped and bearings seized! The LBS I had my bike at could'nt get hold of them, no replys with email or from phone messages...I managed to get hold of them and was told to put my complaints in an email...before i could, the Rep from 'emotion' rang me up and after hearing my rant out...they have appologised and replaced my complete pivot and bearing set..for mahala! So far its taken over a month and the 2 consilations are that at least i have a loaner bike from the LBS and' Emotion' did the right thing...down side was too much stress and lost faith in boutique brands and my Lbs for putting a 100% mark up on the parts!!!
