I am of the opinion.... That the road is there every day of the year. So if you are really that cheap. Why dont you just go and cycle the route on your own. And if you want water stations and the roads to be closed pay the 300+ your bike is definatly more than that. This brings me to the astronomical fees of mtb stage races 14k... Now that is reason for complaining.

Hi, I have a nice loop I ride. Starting from the sasol by the spar. Its about 30-40km depending on the route you take back. Let me know if you want to go.
