Event Name: Time Trials When: 24 September 2017 Where: Red Hill Scarborough, Western Cape Category: Road Join us to time trial our 16 km once a month from 7:00 am to 9:00 am ( usually Sunday , we'll keep you posted of the dates ) . Start/finish at the bottom of Red Hill , Scarborough side . These solo against-the-clock races can be worth their weight in gold, often providing the best 30 minutes of cycle training you’ll ever do. Cycle time trials replicate the type of riding you do in a triathlon, where it’s just you versus the clock, without the advantage of being shielded by a peloton.
