Tsk Tsk Doc I never stir! Unfortunateley I have had experience with some that have not. Besides..it's not always just Ethics approval they need to obtain..should I mention some regulatory authorities.. Also, I'd like to know by which version of the decleration of Helsinki you are working to? The new 2008 version? Do you have data protection regulations in place? What happens should you discover something significant during the research? are all staff trained sufficiently and is this documented? Do you have emergency procedures in place?
