Hi We mountain bike for fun, we do not race or go extreme , we cruise along at 12kph around NF, Van Gaalen, Modders and Hero.. What would the ideal pressure be for our tubed tyres I am 85kg and my friend is 70kg Why does the wall of the tyre say 2.5 to 4 and all the members are way under that ?

my friends rear shifter is a bugger to move.. It hurts my thumb to push it..any reason why the other clicks down east.

What happened was my friend used spanjaard chain wax and her whole jockey jammed up.. And on after manually moving the jockey up and down the sprockets did it loosen up..

HI My friend has a Titan Cruz and after about 15 min in the saddle it starts to squeak and creak when going over bumps.. any ideas how to stop this
