Ah great tactic to use truecaller! tx. he approached me having a Indoor Trainer, that I posted as Wanted. Extremely good price and asking for instant/cellphone payment so it makes me worry-some after reading the stories in this thread.

SJOE! the amount of hate in this country.... aren't we all fun riders here? Support green, and rather add to the positive and rather give all this power many you have here to negativity and rather put all that effort to lift cycling in South Africa in the many areas we are lacking...if any one one of you was in that race and was able to pip for that line would you push brakes? and say no this is below me? hahahah I will not bring a medal to my country??? and like many have said here look at the headlines its so so sad that nothing yet...out of the 100 (correct me here) Africans that went we brought home 1 for cycling GEEZ!

Very good numbers in a short time of cycling! should be very fast I have been on the bike for 2 years and also got spat out last night lololol, but like the guys was saying focus on that repetitive higher zones, I have a friend that finished in Cat 1 with just a tad bit lower FTP numbers than you, so its also game play sitting race dynamics and like the other comments of sitting in front portion of race, wish I had your numbers tho lol damn. My current FTP is 2.8w/kg (220w) Max Power : 1919w 1min: 609w 5min: 298w I focus on very short sprints tho
