Hi anyone, In the process of upgrading my road bike so will be selling my current bike which is an Orbea with full Ultegra. Bike has carbon forks, carbon rear stay, handlebar and seat post. Has been serviced regularly and looked after very well. Wheels either Easton EA50 or Mavic Aksium depending what buyer prefers. The question is what price would a bike like this go for? Was thinking in the region of R6k. Any thoughts?

They could have at least put a warning sign or some hazard tape as I was following a guy down that hill also about 50km/hr saw him hop suddenly and I didn't have time hit it flat out cracked ribs and no skin down my leg as a result of coming off pretty hard. All for it being mountain biking and riding hard but seriously that could have been marked especially in the beginning where there are still big groups. Still finished the 75 but am still hurting now and trying to grow skim again!

Hey man, Also in Nelspruit and while one wants to support the local industry it is just so much quicker and more efficient to get stuff sent up from CT. My wife had same issue at Antons, she took in her Pinarello for a service and gears have been messed since then, dont quite know how they managed to stuff them up so badly have been trying endlessly to get them right again... Cyclelab Westlake in CT so far been my best experience! Hope you come right!

Hey, pain only one side on right foot. No change in bike setup, have bought TT-bike which had professionally set up but no change in shoes or anything like that. Rode TT bike for some months before pain started and was also of sudden onset. Ran for 1 hour today for first time, no pain but felt like it was pulling over tendon at times. Any input be appreciated at this point!

Hey, Thanks for the responses, had a big increase in mileage over the last 4 months leading to DC and then continuing onwards to Ironman. Have rested now for 3 weeks but still feel as if there is a little scar tissue there. Going to start slowly on bike again and have ordered pair of specialized tri-vent shoes to try with less strain from buckle. Any other ideas?

Hey, Interested to find out if anyone else experienced this before. Been riding for years and training for Ironman recently developed severe pain in localised area of ant tib tendon, had 2 full weeks off ice, anti-inflams etc tried putting on my road shoes (specialized carbon pro with buckle over top-section) yesterday which felt like were burning in to the tendon? Anyone had experience with this injury? anyone had trouble with above shoes? anytips on other shoes to go for? Thanks Doogie
