  1. The kit will have reflective piping on it so that's not a problem. Each to their own I guess. I don't ride at night so I won't worry about that. That said I think the white Butt and lots of pink is enough to stand out
  2. Ummm, pink is the Obox colour I'm afraid. The pink I'm going for is a very deep, almost Cherry colour. Quite a lot like my old Cozmetek kit (when the image uploader is working I'll put an example up). It depends on your screen - on one of my screens it's the right colour, if I drag it over to my second screen it's a lot lighter, not as cool.
  3. Thanks for all the critique HammerHed, all good points I've posted a poll over here so if anyone has time, please go vote so I can gauge opinions more easily. Thats: https://www.bikehub.co.za/forum_posts.asp?TID=50784&PN=1
  4. No you haven't missed out Wolverine. I don't want to post prices until we've finalized the kit, reason being pricing may change according to certain specs which we choose. Don't want to have to go back on our words ya know. That said, we won't be selling it for profit, simply to cover costs with the main aim being to get our names out onto the road
  5. Vote for your favourite below. It's the Official Obox Design / From the Couch kit, in association with theHub, Mirra Photography and Urban Ninja. (I created a topic with all the designs that we've made, but it's difficult to track peoples response, so I've created this poll.) pererace702009-05-15 08:38:29

  9. I dsou not like se French... http://www.solarpaces.org/Library/Legislation/flag-France.svg.jpg He he, didn't even think about that...
  10. Thanks, yah we just threw in the blue to see how it looks, and might as well put it to the harsh critics (ie. Hubbers)
  11. Soooo, we're trying a few different things, and I want to see what you all think... They're all a bit rough, but the ideas are clear. Please give some critique.
  12. Hey All, In the interest of expanding our medium and the fact that so many hubbers are in IT/Web; I thought I'd start posting our latest shows on The Hub. 13. Just an update with regards to posting picture of the sample kit... I don't want to post example of the sample kit up because I'd much rather post pictures of the kit when we have our samples sent to us; especially since the bib and jersey cuts will be different to the kit I've got here with me.
  14. It's hard to say' date=' because the Medium bibs fit me 100% but the Medium top is a tad large for me, I'll have to wait till I sample a small top. Their bibs are regular, almost exactly the same sizing as my Elli and Keit kits. I think the Medium bibs are comparable to Small Anatomic bibs (well the pair I have at least) Good suggestion, I'll see what I can do this evening, although the sample of the bibs is not exactly the same style as the ones in the example I posted here, the sizing is apparently exactly the same..
  15. It doesn't have From the Couch and Obox design on it...
  16. That'd be really cool' date=' but no we're not subsidising kit. I tried with more grey (not black, it's #333333 ) but it was kinda missing something, so I added the white detailing in. In terms of buying the kit, we'll sort out pricing, methods, distribution etc. soon.
  17. @cptmayhem @Nancy Drew @Mighty Spoke - Thanks for the constructive feedback Changed it a tad, made the Couch smaller, took the 'wings' on the back away, and moved the Hub logo back to above the pockets and added url's to the pockets.
  18. Peresoft is an accounting software developer http://www.peresoft.co.za Mirra is a photography company (RayCox on the Hub) http://www.mirra.co.za
  19. The issue with the Couch logo is that it's the only tall logo on the kit, theHubSA logo is quite long and short (height wise) so it's hard to place. The focus is meant to be the Couch logo, since the main input is coming from us.
