well done, always good to hear about more people getting into the sport!! i exsperienced the opposite, i had a very nice bunch of riders around me, we chatted the whole time. maybe it was just group A that was a little more competitive.....

what do you guys/girls think of the specialized stumpjumper and epic (era - girl version), entry level ones? i amtaking her ons saturday to test ride them.

i also thought lady specific is the way to go.

the guy that import them contacted me, only problem would be test riding it due to availability.....

a friend of mine is looking to move from hardtail to duel suspension, she weights about 56, and she is about 1.69. she is looking spend about 20k, this is flexible. any suggestions, advice, as to how she can make her choice between brands???
