MTB Service for dummies required: I would like to upgrade to disks, the ones I have seeen on the web have only the brake levers, what do i do about the sh*ters as currently using and intergarted v brake shifter. This might sound like a dum question but then i am still fairly new to this.

My few comments: * Compared to the Sabaru Sabi Classic and Forest to Falls the organisation seemed to be slightly below par. *The 10km fun run needed a longer start to thin the group out as at the bridge and the first incline there was huge congestion. * The other routes are simply amazing and have great challenges and scenery. * The people operating the water tables need to be informed of what is required as most of them are local companies and actually where not told what would be required, or they did not investigate properly. Although some of the avid riders come prepared this is a growing sport and the better organised a race is the better turn outs will be had.
