    Yes so it makes 100% sense for the CTCT to blame the weather and not give the protesters even a mention. If you even just give a small mention that the protests could have been the reason you giving the protesters exactly what they where trying to archive and goodbye all future events.

    Hi all Maybe it has been asked before maybe not. Is there a web site that lists all the events available in SA. I mean all the events small to large from std. Olympic to half im to full im.

    My wife and I got our self the Coral wetsuit we are very happy with them, every body is different and nothing beats a tailor made suit specific for you. Just go to the factory and let them take the measurements. Once suits are ready they also do a final fitting and any changes while you wait. My 2 c worth.

    Same here C5-C7 titanium plate never looked back took 3mth to get back to almost normal, now 6 years later do not notice anymore that neck movement was restricted body adapts. Best think I have ever done.

    Its silly season and not to forget the influx of foreign tourists at this time of year. In a couple of weeks the drunk drivers are also going to increase. We just have to be super carful and think for every driver at the moment.

    I have the Aliante VSX on both my road and mtb bike, for more than 2 years now love them worth the buks. Had the Romin before that could not come right with it.

    My Wife got the Coral Tri suit is very happy with it and fits like a clove. Will order one for my self next week. I am a beginner so do not see the reason to spend 5k+ yet

    Just add some reflective tape to your bike, little dots on your rims or on your back and front of bike. Manufacturers should make part of there logos in reflective, the colour spectrum of reflective vinyl is quit extensive.

    Thanks for all the advice. Will try different options during next couple of days see what works best. Luckily its only 2 cycle events for the Big 5 Lite rest is running.

    Hi All What is the best to wear as a base layer under cycling top for winter cycling. I sweet a lot, normally end up with a soaked top on the climbs and then cold on the down hill section followed by 2 weeks off with a chest cold. any advice.
