I am looking at getting an indoor trainer for the wet winter in the Western Cape. My only concern is does the trainer being very static not have a negative impact on your bikes frame. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Will it on the long run not weaken your frame? When you ride your frame has free movement and obviously not with the trainer. I would like to hear your comments.
