  7. Trying to determine a ranking based on the cycle lab seeding index is very inaccurate... the only way to do it is like this http://cyclingfaith.blogspot.com/2011/12/final-2011-cyclingfaith-rankings.html
  8. Also enjoy using endo... nice app, just wish it didn't eat so much battery power... then again my phone is getting rather tired.
  9. Wow but there are a lot of whingers and whiners from the Cape...
  10. Back home! Weekend was awesome... Stayed at the flamboyant holiday flats, got to see 3 of the big 5 as well as the hippo's, croc's and plenty buck. Only managed an hour ride each day around St. Lucia town... Not really rider friendly at all, but was good none the less. Did meet 4 pom's who are cycling to Kenya from Durban though...
  11. Thanks for the advice guys... never been out that way before so i'll take it easy and just pedal a little here and there. Will let u all know if i make it back alive on Tuesday then. Have an awesome weekend fella's!
  12. Serious... sjo, in JHB we look out for hi jackers in St. Lucia, Hyena's... thanks will keep my eye out for though.
  13. Im going to St. Lucia this weekend, taking the road bikes with... anybody ridden down there? Whats it like? any good routes to suggest?
  14. do i see some cross country races there in the future? Nice work... p.s. wish you'd change your hub ad already, to something more cycling orientated.
  15. I recommend that you stay away from a coach that only works with you online vie e-mailed training programs while you son is still young and inexperienced. Here are is a link to the CSA coaching site... My link there are a number of good coaches on here... i personally can recommend clint curtis and jaco ferreira, really good. and if your super serious and are willing to spend a bit for world class coaching here in gauteng then try My link
