I will be coming to look (and hopefully buy). In CT on Friday for business and staying on to come and look at the shop on Saturday morning. I have two old track bikes I want to part with. 1x LeJeune and 1x Hanson. Do you think it is worth bringing down from JHB?

Found BB today. Nearly there now.... anyone know where I can find the rest of the bits to complete this groupset? Trying to find NOS.

Thanks Heartcoppi. I am aware of the specifics and realise its a long shot finding the entire drive train locally but worth a try. There are a couple of NOS 10 pitch chains and sprockets on EBAY (at a price) Might have to go the Italian route.. not in a rush though.

Monkeyboy-CT .... you have planted a seed, someone should really start a kind of a "swap meet". Almost like a "auto jumble" yard sale where everyone can show off their classic steeds and also do a bit of trading / swapping of retro bike stuff. Check out these guys in Australia doing very cool stuff with Bicycles, motorcycles and surf etc. http://www.deus.com.au/gallery/ Go to the "swapmeet" dropdown menue and check out their bicycle yard sales they have. anyway...... just thinking aloud here, it would be great to see some of these bikes in the flesh!
