  1. Just a reminder to the Hubbers that Wesbank Raceway offers cycle sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16h30 onwards. Tuesday seems to be popular where the bunch average around 35-38km/h, doing around 50km in 1,5 hours. The circuit is 2.5km long and very flat. The wind is always a factor. This is good leg speed training!!!
  2. PG_WP, Generally with Polar wrist units, once you press the start button for training, flip the buttons (either top or bottom) on the righthand side of the wrist unit, until you get the HR % display.
