hi guys I only do mtb. little tar road & mostly offroad. bought a 29er yesterday and my avg allready improved with about 3km per hour. I used to cycle a 650b.

Hi guys, I recently bought a mrb with a specialized phenom seat on it. everyone tells me its a very expensive saddle but I cant seem to find out the value of it. if anyone knows what the approx value is it would be aappreaciated. Thanks.

Hi guys. Im stil new in the mtbing. I think im fit enough at thus stage and can do 60ks easily or 4 hours in the seat nonstop. I cant seem to be able to do better than 20km in an hours time. Should I change gears to x1 with the oval ring or any help would.be.appreaciated. Thanks.

Hi i need advice please. I picked up a small glass cut on my tyre. It went right thru & im scared its gonna rip open at some stage. Should i plug it or patch it from the inside? Ive got a race coming up & dont wanna replace a 2 month old tyre now.

O yes forgot to say. Its xt deore and not i spec. With stand alone do you mean seperate lever & seperate shifter? Yes the are seperate.

Cool thats good news thanks. My bikes only done about 500km so i think my brakes should be the last thing i wanna upgrade. Just glad to get rid of my acera groupset and upgrade it to xt. Thanks for the info.

Can i upgrade my derailers & shifters and keep my old shimano bl/br_mr 355 brakes & levers. Will the shifters & brake levers fit in.
