Cyclists are urged to Please be vigilant when cycling through Woodstock along Marine Drive and FW De Klerk Boulevard and Lower Church street. Please try cycle in groups, stay close together and be aware of your surroundings. Don't stop along these routes.
Motorists are also urged to be vigilant when using Marine Driver on ramp to FW De Klerk Boulevard and Lower Church Street Woodstock, donot sit with open windows and cellphone in hand, even if you are a passenger. Don't leave cellphones handbags etc on car seats.
We have seen an increase in Robberies despite Woodstock SAPS best efforts in trying to maintain high visibility in the area to prevent these Robberies from occurring.
