Tried riding the outsurance out ride on saturday after having Sinus problems the whole week and unfortunately bombed out in 7km,I guess it means never ride when u not feelin well.

There is a 40km at northern farms on the 8th nov and a 20km

Also new to mtb and loving it.done four races so far and telkom challenge was my slowest so far.that was tough.
