  1. non smoking declaration has moved when you go for your health tests.
  2. You link apple health to link the watch. Just remember to use the built in fitness app if obtaining heart rate data as it wont work if you use Strava on the watch.
  3. Anyone looking for team mates? I need 2 that always meet their goals as I really want my team rewards back. I meet all of mine each week
  4. Im currently on a 3 month gap with my watch payments thanks to a ruptured acl and a few other injuries. Guy on the phone said they are changing the points again in a few days as i was worried about meeting goals when i am allowed to walk again - his words were, "you might not be able to run 5km, but you could walk 5km, so we will be giving you points for that". Said something should come out within next 2 weeks from Monday. So holding thumbs!
  5. Its done on a monthly basis. Each month you can either meet all goals and pay nothing or pay depending on how many you missed.
  6. Spoke to the guys doing the upgrades. There will be an optional R850 for the year to ride the trails as well as some training courses and trail running. They just waiting for their website systems to be completed to purchase this from their website.

  8. Perhaps discovery saw this video and thought it would be good motivation?
  9. You cant upload heart rate data to a manual upload. So surely if heart rate is present they should be able to still accept it?
  10. The fitness devices and apps adidas miCoach, Moves, RunKeeper, Strava and MapMyFitness and Timex will be removed
  11. Might see a few guys at the gym with 4 watches on each wrist?
  12. Just found a post regarding some changes to Vitality point structure from 2 April 2016, seems like they are trying to make it almost impossible to meet your goals. Eg) 3 000 points changed from 2 hours at 70% max heart rate to 3.5 hours 80% max heart rate average. https://www.discovery.co.za/portal/individual/vitality-news-device-workout-points Removal of a few categories (12 500 steps gone) Interested to see the backlash they get.
  13. Distance is about 10km if you do all the options. Price is R40 but they said there will be a yearly subscription of about R690 for a year, which makes it quite enticing.
  14. Rode huddle yesterday. Quite different to how it used to be, but definitely has a lot more fun to it Will take a bit of getting used to which fork to take, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Also heard they will introduce a yearly fee, just waiting for their systems to be completed on the website which will make it much cheaper in the long run. And they put a few more wooden bridges over some mud spots.
