Hi guys, picked up these lovely frames recently and wondering what they might actually be worth in the current market?

Hi, was wondering if there's anyone out there who knows how or knows someone who knows how to fix shifters? Got this right-hand-side Dura-Ace 7800 10sp shifter via eBay (supposed to be in good working order), but looks like the spring is defective - it won't return to its closed position once opened.
