    one week to go!! We are doing some serious work on Stage 1 @ "Bees" and on the Stage 2 "Avalanche". Hard work but it so worth it!! Entries are full!!!

    It is going to rock this year. 100 entries, 3 trucks and plenty of awesome trail to play on. I am super amped this year. Got my priorities right this year. Using World Master Marathons as a training ride for Avalanche. Avalanche is my bestestestestest race. see you guys there..

    Glad to hear you loved it, Burry's comment in the latest bicycling mag has motivated us even more to keep our bike park status NO 1 with all the real mountain bikers. You must see the section of bush tunnel that we have opened this week. Flippen awesome!!! we are going to break it in tommorrow morning, "EVEN ME" I can't wait. The guys doing the Sappi Mankele MTB Challenge on the 2nd of APril will be riding it for us. C U at 3 Towers!!

    Get your wife 2 ride, it has worked wonders for me!! Just make sure she does not kick your butt!! Sorry that it is the same weekend. Maybe you should tell her that you want to take her camping. She can read next to the river and you will leave her to rest well!! At night you can take her to watch a short movie and then introduce her to all the movie stars.

    I am not sure why you say, we cannot accommodate families? We are one of the few stage races, that actually allow & encourage families/support crew into the race village. Isuzu 3 Towers Stage Race = 3 Days of awesome riding, lekker food & great atmosphere. That's the package! End the day this is a great rate, for a great race ... split hairs and you will miss out!!     Fox has confirmed that they will be sponsoring the Mankele Avalanche race. FOX MANKELE AVALANCHE what a race this is going to be.     Latest Mankele news, We are proud to announce that Ben Melt will be riding for the Specialized/Mankele Team. Melt had a brilliant ride last weekend at the Mankele MTB Challenge and showed his determination to get back to his best, after a couple of bad injuries.     Hey Heckler, each stage is on totally different routes. We are also only using a small sections of our current set out Mankele trails, so you have a lot to look forward too. We did the day 2 stage on Friday and the guys were blown away, the bush tunnels and single track is looking awesome. more info www.mankele.co.za Keep training!!
