Anyone know a good site with info and cool animated pictures for stupid people to show how the different shocks work? Howstuffworks doesn't have much, heh.

My front shock is a Rock Shox J2, i don't know if that influences the answer to the following question at all. If the shock is locked out, and it takes a bit of a knock (landing hard from a jump, rock or pavement) can it get damaged at all? linton2009-09-11 04:02:30
