What is wrong with yours.. same as mine? I told Omar that i cant come back again after this weekend because i got a race on the weekend after. This unit of mine was a swop out on a crack screen 3 months ago....

My wife had the confidence issue after crashing with cleats.. she bought a set last week.. fitted them and she loves it.. for me is useless.. like one hubber said its like flat pedals for me... well if that makes her ride single track again with me who cares what i believe as long as she is happy...

So i phoned navworld. They say they gonna hard reset it and reload software. If problem persist they will gladly replace unit...

I dont think so.. that seems like du toitskloof.. because he is above the n1 that goes to tunnel.. welvanpas is almost ont the other side of that mountain...

Im gonna test mine during the week again.. if my elevation get stuck again im also gonna contact garmin... maybe then they will listen and bring out better software.. never had the problem before but last 3 rides was chaos..

Had exactly same problem as last weekend...hard reset on 2nd half of ride and it seems to have worked.. well i hope it worked longterm...

I had a very similiar experience on sunday.. my elevation got stuck at 135m where my wife G500 was at 220m.. so i ended ride and uploaded it.. then started new ride. Well it got stuck again at 214m.. it was also my first time riding with the phone connected to the garmin while riding..when i arrived at home the unit updated vi bluetooth..

After reading a post on this thread I decided to contact NavWorld about upgrading my old Edge 500. After a few emails, I sent my old Garmin to them on Monday, paid yesterday and received my new Edge 520 at 10:00 this morning How much do they ask for the upgrade if you have the 500...

Yes i agree the last 20km has broken my back.. started of way to fast. I cramped up with 3km to go..

The problem is they know the value of bycycles..and off course its a item they can even ride out of the "crime scene".. for them its easy and valuable..was a victim to... damn it makes me befok....
