I Have ridden my marathon pro since Jan 2007 2 epics 2 sabie x 1 sani2c amoung a bunch of one day events the bike is awesome besides wear and tear only part replaced was 1 dog bone GT rocks as a great all rounder do not look anywhere else get the GT

Did 2008 epic training Monday to friday indoor training weekends endurance rides. worked of a simple philosophy 1 day fast ,1 day easy ,1 day hard monday recovery friday cross train. this workrd a treat did all my climbing on the weekend targeted to do 10--12 hour a week which was managable. hope it all goes well,pm if you want a hand with your indoor program ill be glad to pass on what I learned

L.T.G My wife buys a case of mr min a month just for our bikes 2 MTB and one road I can relate with you a typical training weekend is ride Sat morning home clean bikes polish relube a few extra wipe downs with Mr Min put to bed and do it all again the next day,my riding mates actually take bets to whether I will arrive at the ride on a dirty bike they have never won,so bike OCD rules O mr min has done 2 epics with me as well everyday same drill clean lube shine
