Just moved to Hydepark, looking for group or a cycle buddy to train with - Week or weekends, Road or Mtb.

Looking for Someone to join me. Plan is to Commute daily Mon – Friday on Mountain Bike. Leaving 6:30 am in the mornings (Bellairs Dr) North Riding. Return – Leaving (Homestead Road) Rivonia at 17:00 pm. Please let me know if anyone is keen to join or to join in along the way. Traveling through Bryanston ending on Bryanston Drive crossing William Nicol Dr, Main Rd towards Rivonia Rd.

Anyone perhaps commuting from North Riding to Rivonia? Moved to Bellairs Drive and work in Rivonia. Not too sure what will be the best route...via bryanston or witkoppen.

Hey Guys. If anyone is looking for a lift to Greyton leaving sat morning, returning afternoon splitting cost on fuel. I have space for 1x person. Your bike will be on a standing bike carrier or you can load it on the back of my bakkie. Such a waste driving there all by myself. Loads of space. ;-)

I am keen. As long as we can start at 6am and back home by 7:45am to prepare for work.

I would like to get a couple of early morning rides in during the week before work or even after work from 17:00. Anyone interested or know about a group? By the way I am going riding this afternoon if anyone is interested.

Yup! It was def not excellent as he said it was and he was not the one who purchased it at Bridge cycles. He said he bought it from some other guy when we looked at it. a Buyer of the hub actually was on his way with the cash when he heard we interested. But hey! He will have some more bikes soon! ;-)

You can always use a saddle cover to hide the white! or have a sore bum then. hehehe

This guy is situated in Grassy park of all places and was just strange as we left he said he will contact her as soon as he gets more second hand bikes in. Maybe he is buying from people trading but was just weird. He is on the hub and not appearing as a serious cycler having this low end bike selling it here. Then again who am I to judge. I have suggested she get herself a new bike rather from a shop.

I have to agree with you! I bought mine 3 weeks ago and very happy with the padding etc.

I sold my Merida Tfs 800 to buy a spark as in good condition as it had a little scratch on the bar. According to me not excellent. Fully serviced and sparkling clean letting it from the Cycle lab where it was serviced. My finger is very very itchy to paste the link to this guys add so I can save the person from experiencing the same. He mentioned he might get more bikes...mmmm

Here I just got back and very confused. Scott Scale 80 was advertised as in excellent condition for R2500. I went with my friend to look at the bike all excited for her. She is only starting and this is cheap. Does excellent condition not mean to be a bike that is as in good as new? But not as: Chain all black over lubed with sand. Frame scratched from cycle rack and where cables meet the frame. Like paint off scratched that you see bare metal on the corners. Gears is all out and can hear the sand grinding as you turn the pedals. Then all the bolts surface rust incl the brake cables. Then as we leave he said he will be getting in more secondhand bikes selling from his house? huh?

So I can join you guys tomorrow evening on the night ride? Same time as discussed in the forum before?
