ok news off the Road... small break that went over Franschoek has been caught and the peleton is in Villiersdorp.

first prime sprint was in Franschoek, riders are now on the climb.

Fisrt points prime won by Rider no 27 Voctor Mironov of the UCI acedamy team

just over 20km and first report. There has been a number of attacks but nothing managed to get away. All breaks being chased down. We expect the action to happen on the first climb.

Good morning all from a hot and windfree Paarl for the start of the 3rd day of the MTN Giro del Capo. We are watching the setup here from the Media truck and will bring you updates through the day. Todays stage is 174km taking in the Franschoek Pass and Du Toits Kloof Pass

Not sure of the KOM result but know that Rider 70 Iljo Keisse of the Belgian team has taken the first sprint prime.
