yeah that is crazy cold,
I am living nearby and actually cycle to work - a whole 20 km, Just picture it, waking up from a warm bed at 6am, still feeling tired and realizing you have to cycle 20 km to work in the dark, cold snow.
Some parts of my route are so dark and the snow has formed these ice ridges that it is in fact safer to walk - i get to work with frozen toes.
oh yeah the avg temp wether i be riding home or to work this week has been around -5 degrees, and always dark.
Yesterday about 5km from home it was in fact -10 degrees and coupled with the wind chill factor of moving i would guess around -12 / -13 degrees
I had no idea i was capable of it - madness i tell you
