    At the risk of beating a dead donkey with a stick....does anyone know if ASG sports are still open for business? Been trying to source a set of replacement sole inserts for my Sidi Dragons from them for nearly a year now. I have repeatedly emailed all the usual perpetrators, but barring a promise to check up and revert back to me about 6 months ago, the silence has sadly been somewhat deafening & as of late their online store seems a little bit low on product. Any other means of sourcing Sidi spares in SA?, or do I have to go through the whole overseas sourcing and SAPO lottery delivery system....

    Hello Hub, I took small plastic wire push retainer off the shoes to get dirt out and wash the shoes, but unfortunately one got lost (I suspect the dog had a brief new toy). I cannot find any definite source to replace the missing part in the picture below. Can anyone please advise where such a replacement can be sourced?

    So I go after the bargains and order a high end pair of SIDI shoes at 50% off. A great deal, but the service that has followed is absolutely atrocious. The order was placed on Tuesday 10 Oct, and on the 17th still no feedback or status update. Three calls later, every time I'm told they will call me back within 5, 30 and 60 minutes, but alas. This is officially the worst service I have received from an online SA cycling store. Never again!!! Am I the only one who has had this experience?
