  10. Pure Darkness was first unleashed on the world in 2014 as Sam Reynolds, Matt Macduff and Danny Pace took to the road in the UK with one goal; to film in their words the ‘darkest’ MTB project ever. What that came to mean for the rest of the world was the most heavy hitting, action packed riding edit that salutes the early era of freeride MTB film making. Click here to view the article
  11. The Pure Darkness team visited the Garden Route Trail Park while down to compete in The Night Harvest in March. Rob Dormehl (the man behind the Trail Park) had big plans for their visit and surprised the riders with a gargantuan pit. Rob and the lads set to work to create possibly the biggest mountain bike dirt jump step up Africa has ever seen. Pure Darkness 2 documents the madness that ensued. Click here to view the article
  12. When Ryan from Monster Energy gave me a call and asked whether I'd be keen to go with them to Garden Route Trail Park with some of the international riders down for The Night Harvest, I probably said something along the lines of "Ya, sure.
