The best of South Africa’s track cyclists will be competing in the 2014 South African Omnium Championships as well as the Lights by Linea President’s Cup (interprovincial) and Western Cape Grand Prix meetings during the weekend of 22-24 August at the Bellville Velodrome, Western Cape. While Track cyclists are planning for the upcoming 2016 SA National Track, Para-cycling and Omnium Championships take place at the Westbourne Cycling Track in Port Elizabeth from 28 March to 3 April, South African Para-cyclists Roxy Burns (C3), Dane Wilson (C5) and Juan Odendaal (C3) are gearing up for a bigger event on the global cycling calendar.
