  1. I was given a supplement (body building supplement called "animal pak"), but hearing stories of body builders I simply do not trust anything they take. So from the contents of the supplement I want to search the list of prohibited substances by WADA to check if I can use the supplement or not. But this is where I am lost, do I just copy all those funny names (most I cannot pronounce) on the container and search for them in the WADA list and if not found in the list, assume that its safe to take? I see SAIDS has a medication searcher, but that seems like its specifically just for medication. Secondly, will using body building supplements really benefit my cycling? - maybe give me legs like Robert Förstemann? from what I can make out, its mostly just protein stuff in the supplement. Thirdly, are supplements sold from the shelves in line with WADA? Im very sceptical of taking anything really, all I use is an energy drink(32gi), so this info will also help for future me deciding to take cycling specific suppplements/recovery/what ever else therer is. Thanks in advance
