    I'm scheduled to fly from O.R. Thambo to Cape Town with Flysafair. I'm planning on taking my Mountain Bike with me. Sporting equipment is included in my ticket. According to the Flysafair guidelines the maximum dimensions for sporting equipment is: 190 x 75 x 65 cm. I have two options to transport my bike, A Bike Safe, that is: 120 x 90 x 32 cm.An Evoc bike bag that is: 147 x 85 x 36 cm.Will they refuse to check in my bike if it is in one of those containers?Does anyone have any experience transporting a bike with Flysafair that can give me some insight or piece of mind?

    While sitting in traffic today seeing the droves of kids in cars and wishing they were pedaling there way to school I wondered why dont more kids ride to school. Back in the day I rode to school and if you did not get to school early enough you did not get a spot in the bike shed. If more kids rode to school I could then sleep in a little later and not have to sit in as much traffic. The only incidents I had cycling to school were two muggings, not too bad in 8 years. Who else used to ride to school?

    Hi We have a luxury 16-seater bus with trailer to transport cyclists from King Shaka to Underberg on Monday 12th May and Tuesday 13th May. Cost : R200pp or R250pp incl bikes.     Hi We have a luxury 16-seater available to transport people and bicycles to and from King Shaka airport. Joberg2C : Transport from Scottburgh to JHB R600pp and R700pp with bicycle. Sani2C : Pick up at King Shaka Mon 12th and Tues 13th May 2014 to Underberg R200pp or R250pp with bicycle. Airport shuttle service from Scottburgh to King Shaka - 15th May - 17th May 2014: R100pp or R150pp with bicycle. Seats filling up fast!
