    Hi folks, I am wondering if anyone has any experience with using a wetsuit by 'Coral' (a wetsuit shop based in Cape Town). I have the opportunity to get a wetsuit made by them (they custom make), but not sure if I should since they don't specialise in tri gear, they are more generic manufacturers (surf, scuba, etc). I would appreciate if anyone has any feedback on the performance of their suits for triathlons or open water swimming in general, especially in comparison to something like an orca suit. Thanks!

    A colleague wants to sell his 2nd hand wetsuit. The size should be perfect and it has a couple of cuts but nothing which makes it unusable, should be easy to patch. It is a Orca S2 Currently I can buy a brand new Orca S5 wetsuit from Fluid Lines for R4330. The colleague paid about R3800 for his wetsuit back in the day. Now, two questions: Is it worth it to consider buying this 2nd hand wetsuit? What would be a reasonable price for us both? I have no idea where to start, 50% of original purchase price?

    Does anybody know where one can rent a swimming wetsuit in the Cape Town area for less than R650 or 3 weeks? Or maybe a friendly owner willing to rent his? I am looking to partake in a triathlon but cannot foresee paying R650 to rent a suit I will be using for hopefully 30minutes.
