Converting Shimano XT 10spd to a 2x10 with Bash

So my new bike came with XT 3x10 on it, but I would really like to convert to a 2x10 with a bash guard.

Ideally, I would like to keep the 24T inner and replace the 32T middle with a 38T.

 

I can't find 10spd chainrings in anything bigger than a 32T and can only find SLX 9spd in a 36T. Shimano doesn't make a 38T ramped chainring at all.

 

Are there other brands that will work (at reasonable prices)?

 

Has anyone done this conversion? Any advice out there?

You can see S-ram use 26/39 or 28/44, so you must check if you can use 39....
