Anyone have any idea what the results were at the tour of Morocco?

 

Last I heard Rabie lost the lead by one second, but how does the UCI allow the distances to be changed with out prior notice to the cyclist.

 

HAS HAPPEND TWICE IN ONE TOUR! or is just TIA?
